Fees & Membership
How are memberships paid?
Memberships are paid monthly by Direct Debit and spread across 12 equal payments each year.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We simply ask for one month's written notice if you decide to leave.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes! Every new dancer can enjoy a 4-week trial before committing. This is charged at the usual monthly fee.
Moving up an age group.
Moving Up Form
KDance is divided into three age groups:

Preschool
-
Junior (P1–P3)
-
Senior (P4+)
When your child moves into a new age group, you'll need to let us know which classes they would like to attend by completing our Moving Up Form.
For example:

Children moving from Preschool to P1 should select their new classes from our Junior timetable.

Children moving from P3 to P4 should use this form to choose their classes from our Senior timetable.
Please note: This form is only for existing KDance members who are progressing into a new age group. New families should book classes using our online booking system.
Uniform
What to wear to your trial?
Good news! No uniform is needed for your trial.
Simply wear comfortable clothing that your child can move in.
Preschool Classes
KDance pink leotard, tights and nude pumps.
Cardigan wrap optional
Commercial/Cheer
Indoor plain white trainers.
Plain black or KDance bottoms
KDance t-shirt
Contemporary/Modern/Jazz
KDance leotard
Footless Tights
Bare feet, Nude dance socks or foot thongs
KDance shorts/leggings optional
Acro
KDance leotard
Footless Tights
Bare feet, foot thongs, gymnastic shoes - no bare feet
KDance shorts/leggings optional
Ballet

Hair & Jewelery
Hair should be neatly secured and prepared appropriately for the class. Where possible, long hair should be worn in a neat bun unless otherwise advised.
Jewellery should not be worn during class unless required for medical or religious reasons.
Delivery time
Items ordered at KDance will be delivered to your class. Pumps, tights and underwear usually arrive within 1 week. T shirts and hoodies take 3-5 weeks to arrive and specially tailored items like our leotard, KDance leggings and shorts take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

BAND App
The BAND App is used for class-specific updates, rehearsal information, practice videos and competition news. Your teacher will invite you via email to the correct Band for you.
